What this covers
This policy describes how MODRA LLC, a Montana limited liability company ("MODRA," "we," "us"), handles information collected through studiomodra.com and its subdomains (the "Site"). It applies to the Site only. Client engagements are governed by separate written agreements.
We collect little, and we do nothing clever with it. The details follow.
What we collect
If you write to us through the inquiry form, we receive what you submit: your name, email address, business name, and whatever you tell us about your project. If you email us directly, we receive your correspondence.
Our hosting provider automatically logs standard technical data — IP address, browser type, pages visited, timestamps — as nearly every website's infrastructure does. We do not use this data to identify you.
We do not run advertising trackers, marketing pixels, or behavioral analytics on the Site.
How we use it
Inquiry and correspondence data is used for one purpose: responding to you and, if the conversation continues, conducting the engagement. We do not sell your information. We do not rent it, trade it, or add you to a mailing list you did not ask for.
Third-party services
The Site relies on a small number of service providers that may process technical data on our behalf:
- Webflow, Inc. — hosting and form handling. Form submissions are transmitted and stored through Webflow's infrastructure.
- Google Fonts — typeface delivery. Loading a page requests font files from Google's servers, which involves transmission of your IP address to Google.
Each provider handles data under its own privacy policy. We choose providers deliberately and keep the list short.
Cookies
We do not set marketing or analytics cookies. Our hosting provider may set strictly necessary cookies required for the Site to function. There is no consent banner because there is nothing to consent to.
Retention
Inquiry submissions and correspondence are retained for as long as reasonably necessary to respond, conduct business, and meet legal and accounting obligations. If you'd like your inquiry deleted, ask — see Section VII.
Your rights
You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to hello@studiomodra.com and we will respond within a reasonable time. Depending on where you live, local law may grant you additional rights; we honor legitimate requests regardless of geography.
Children
The Site is a business-to-business studio site. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes & contact
If this policy changes, the revision date above changes with it. Material changes will be reflected on this page; we will not notify you individually.
Questions belong at hello@studiomodra.com.
