These terms govern your use of studiomodra.com and its subdomains (the "Site"), operated by MODRA LLC, a Montana limited liability company ("MODRA," "we," "us"). By using the Site, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the Site.

These terms govern the Site only. Design engagements are governed exclusively by separate written agreements between MODRA and the client. Nothing on this Site constitutes an offer, a quotation, or a commitment to engage.

All content on the Site — text, design, imagery, code, studio studies, and the compositions they form — is the property of MODRA or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual-property laws.

Studio studies presented in Evidence are proprietary editorial work produced by the studio to demonstrate its practice. They are illustrative of capability and method. Names, brands, and businesses depicted within studies may be studio compositions and do not imply a client relationship, endorsement, or affiliation.

You may view the Site and share links to it. You may not copy, reproduce, scrape for republication, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit Site content without our prior written consent.

Submitting an inquiry through the Site does not create an engagement, a reservation of the studio's time, or any obligation on either side. MODRA accepts a limited number of commissions and reserves sole discretion over which inquiries it pursues.

You represent that information you submit is accurate and that you are authorized to submit it.

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

Content on the Site is provided for general information about the studio and its practice. It is not professional advice of any kind.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MODRA and its members, officers, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Site — regardless of the theory of liability and even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

To the extent any liability is found notwithstanding the foregoing, our aggregate liability arising from use of the Site shall not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).

The Site may reference or link to third-party sites or services. We do not control them and accept no responsibility for their content, policies, or practices.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Montana, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising from these terms or the Site shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Montana, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

We may revise these terms at any time. The revision date above reflects the current version. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance.
