The transformer does not change. What Terven knows about it does — seven stages, from a name on a list to a unit in service.
A unit is located and logged into the register. Manufacturer, serial, and nameplate ratings are recorded as first reported — nothing is yet confirmed.
The unit's ratings are measured against a live requirement — voltage, MVA, vector group, and timeline. Only assets that fit a real need advance.
Condition is examined in the field, not assumed. Bushings, tank, tap changer, and gaskets are documented with photographs and dated notes.
Evidence is gathered, dated, and held on file — nameplate photographs, factory reports, and inspection records, each with its source attached.
Oil analysis and electrical testing confirm — or correct — what was reported. Results supersede claims, and the record is revised to match.
The unit is rigged, routed, and moved to site. Heavy-haul logistics and site access are planned against the project's energization date.
The asset enters service. The record is closed — a complete, dated account of everything known about the unit, from first listing to final revision.
Every unit Terven handles is moved along this chain — and shown at exactly the stage it has reached.
